Large airshow planned for August 2003 at Atlanta Speedway.

Dale to sent up meeting with the three HS team for Dec at Fernbank. Club to support each team with advice and use of our launch equipment. Teams are:

Lakeside HS
Cherokee County HS
Southside Atlanta, HS

Launch schedule 2003
First Sunday of every month at Braselton, GA sod farm location, dates to be posted on the website.
Club to advise NAR for publicity purposes.

Club meeting schedule 2003
Monthly meeting, the Saturday one week before the scheduled launch.

Other club events scheduled
Dobbins Air Show in the spring.
Centennial Air Show in Hampton, GA
Holiday party in Dec.
Support to Team America competition
Education and PR. On-going

PR Package
Lack of response for Dave Amend for support material leads Dale and Steve to develop a new pack. Dale to copy and return information Steve brought a long.

Search for fields continues.
Dale would like to see a focused effort to find a field on the west side of town. Send any locations to Dale. He can find owner’s name.

Launch equipment
"Misfire alley" will be used at future launches.
Trailer will still be available.

Membership renewal to be sent in Dec. for 2003 year.
Fee is $30 per membership.
Money to be used to support field rental fees in the future.

Soar Store
Ken Frye still owed money.
Ken Frye to submit invoices to Ron Stancil for the clothing.

Treasurer report
Currently has ~$1200 in account

Holiday party
Terry has arranged a place. Golden Corral off of Barrett Parkway.
Dale and Steve to work out gifts and game questions for Terri.
Dec 10^th At 7:00 PM.

Flyers
Dale to bring to next rocket launch.
Jeff Fellman to mail Soar flyers to be sent to Hobby shops in the area.
Cliff at Hobbytown asked for some.
